In celebration of the gallery’s 3-12 months anniversary, Sparks Gallery hosted an immersive eating encounter with food items and art presentations inspired by the culinary explorations of Salvador Dali. The surreal performs on look at complimented the topic of the function.
Upon entry, attendees approached a “uncooked bar” with new shucked oysters, local tuna tiradito, crab legs, smoked prawns, and sampled tray-handed appetizers. The seated evening meal featured a 4-study course meal, commencing with child beets and burrata, followed by seared scallops for the second program. The 3rd training course was a generous smoked potato & mascarpone agnolotti and ribeye, with a winter panna cotta with refreshing fruit. Just about every program was accompanied by a wine pairing selected by the gifted sommeliers at The Rose Wine Bar.
